We had a good entry to the Pat Golden sponsored Fourball played on the Saturday and Sunday with the winners improving on their second position in the Easter Fourball. The details are as follows.

Unfortunately due to weather conditions the proposed match between the Men and the Ladies had to be postponed. It is hoped to play it at an early date.

Things are hotting up for the Clubs representative teams with all the Panels in intense practice. The Billy O’Sullivan panel is scheduled for Wednesday at 6 and all who wish to be included should attend. The JB Carr , Purcell and Bruin panels are practicing on Thursday from 4 onwards. The Purcell team have their first match in Ceann Sibeal on Saturday next against the home team with the match teeing off at 10,30 We wish them the very best of luck and would ask that as many as possible would attend to give deserved support .
On the 3rd of June [ the Friday of the June bank holiday] we are running a Benefit day for the Oncology Unit in Tralee. We would ask that as many as possible would please support this Event by entering or being part of a team. The cost for a team of 4 is €140 .
The draws for the Singles and Fourball championships are being made tonight with the first round matches to be played by the end of the month.
