Fairways.

(1) A ball, which lies on the closely mown area between the black lines,
Must be lifted and taken to the nearest side where it must be placed outside the black line.

Penalty for Breach
Match Play – Lose of hole
Stroke Play – Two strokes

A ball, which lies in the front of the white line on the closely mowed area, [through the green] may be lifted, without penalty and cleaned. Before lifting the ball, the player must first mark its position. The ball may then be replaced on a spot within six inches of its original position not nearer the hole.

Bunkers.

(2) A Bunker marked as Ground under repair from which play is prohibited is
deemed to be “Through the Green”.
